Applebough Education is looking for a skilled KS2 teacher to join a dynamic team at one of Oldbury’s most prestigious schools. This school, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is well-known for its commitment to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for all children.


Location: Oldbury


Requirement:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
– Experience teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
– Excellent classroom management.
– Ability to work as part of a team
– Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each class.


Responsibilities:

– Delivering lessons across KS2 in accordance with the provided lesson plans.
– Engaging students in interactive and stimulating learning experiences.
– Ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
– Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive discipline.
– Providing constructive feedback and assessment on student performance.
– Collaborating with other staff members to ensure effective communication and continuity in teaching.
– Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
– Implementing school policies and procedures.


Job Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
